Deodato Raising Finger (2)Long time friend and professional colleague Eumir Deodato has, after much behind-the-scenes work from Will Page and the Analysis Lost team, confirmed his first UK performance in a generation.  Deodato will perform a unique concert at the Hackney Empire with the 45-piece Heritage Orchestra on Friday, 21 July 2006. DJ's in support are Gilles Peterson & Kirk DeGiorgo. Tickets are available on-line from Cargo - move! This promises to be a truly unique event in a very special setting, and will act as the debut release launch night for Gilles Peterson’s revived Brownswood Records label. Will and the Analysis Lost team has been involved with Eumir Deodato for over three years now, working on his first feature length interview in over 15 years for Straight no Chaser magazine, producing his first ever promo showreel and acting as an effective intermediary in securing performances at European festivals like the prestigious North Sea Jazz Festival.
